LTU office building
A modern industrial building designed to serve as head office and storage for a strongly growing company in the field of building construction.
The building has a functional division with storage facilities in the ground floor, upon which the office floor is located. The office is divided by glass walls providing an open and flexible work environment including office rooms, open work space, meeting room and social facilities. A spacious terrace is located next to the office floor.
The facades consist of two main materials; semless black Paroc Delign-elements partly clad with grey Equitone fiber concrete boards.
Nominated as one of six finalists for the architectural award Kehäkukka in Vantaa 2019.
